By paying a deposit of £40.00 to Spots & Stripes Parties you will be agreeing to the following terms
& Conditions.
Providing Information
The number of party guests & any party extras must be confirmed to Spots & Stripes Parties no later than 2 weeks before the party. The number will need to include the Birthday Child.
Notice
Bookings can be made as far in advance as you like but a minimum of 2 weeks is required. We recommend that at least 6 weeks notice is given.
Payment
Once Spots & Stripes have confirmed the Venue & Entertainer are available on your chosen day, a £40.00 (non-refundable) deposit is required. The remaining balance is then due a minimum of 2 weeks before the party along with the actual number of party guests and any party extras.
Please make cheque's payable to Spots and Stripes Parties. Receipts will be given if payment is made in cash.
Supervision
Spots & Stripes are not responsible for supervision of children at any time. We recommend that parents of the party guests are asked to stay for the duration of the party.
We can not be held responsible for any injuries to any persons attending a Spots & Stripes party, or for loss or damage to any personal possessions.
Catering
We can cater for up to 20 children at a Birthday party although catering for a larger number of people can be arranged if requested at time of booking.
Any special dietary requirements must be reported no later that 2 weeks before the party. (For some requirements it may be necessary to charge extra. Payment for this will be required before the date of the party).
Party Box Delivery Service
Minimum order quantity of 10. Deliveries outside Wincanton will incur a delivery charge of £5.00 upto 5 miles and £7.50 upto 10 miles. We can only deliver balloons when party boxes are also ordered. Payment is due a minimum of 2 weeks before date of party.
Bespoke Parties
It will be necessary for a client consultation to discuss the details of the additional requirements. Any arrangements made that differ to our normal conditions of booking will incur additional costs.
Cancellations
If it is necessary to cancel your party please give as much notice as possible. Please phone as soon as you know but cancellation must be made in writing.
The deposit of £40.00 is non-refundable and if cancellation is made the deposit will be kept to cover costs. If cancellation is made within 2 weeks of the party 50% of the total amount will be due. An invoice will be raised & payment will be required immediately. If the total amount has been paid to Spots & Stripes Parties, then a 50% refund will be made to you.
